MOVEMENT THROUGH THE CHAKRAS
Join Julia on Mondays at 10.30am for a fun and uplifting, movement workout. It’s a creative movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong. Suitable for all abilities, including those with mobility issues. This class is bookable directly with Julia via email at juliaphillips142@gmail.com
HATHA FLOW
Expect to move through a mindful sequence of yoga poses (asana) and breath work (pranyama) to re connect body and mind and bring us back to ourselves. You’ll enjoy slower sun salutations with some longer holds, exploring poses with a focus on alignment. We’ll get stretchy and strong and turn inwards together, listening to what’s on the inside and connecting with breath. Always finishing with a satisfying relaxation so you’ll leave class feeling restored, calm, strong and grounded. Suitable for all levels.
CORE STRENGTHENING FLOW
Start your weekend with a beautiful, energising and strengthening fusion of yoga vinyasa flow with elements of core strengthening postures.. With focus on the breath and building core strength, stretching and energising the body and bringing balance to the mind.
Suitable for all levels.
FUNCTIONAL FLOW
Flow yoga classes with meditation, breathwork , strengthening and energising movement. We begin with movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively into flowing sequences. These will include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.
Restful relaxation to finish.
KUNDALINI GLOBAL YOGA SERIES
Kundalini Global Yoga can help to strengthen our bodies and calm our minds. Using breath, posture, flow & meditation to revitalise and shift energy and restore ourselves to balance. This practice will encourage us into the present moment. By understanding how we can use these tools to manage our minds, we begin to calm our nervous systems.We gradually allow ourselves to be utterly present on our mat and in our practice. We become physically stronger, whilst cultivating a compassionate and gentle inner dialogue. This practice can help greatly with managing feelings of anxiety and stress as well as promote better sleep. You do not have to have had any yoga experience to come to these workshops, however these classes are not suitable for pregnancy.
YIN & SOUND BATH
Join us at this special event to calm our busy minds, release tension from our body and restore our energy.

We will explore calming breath work and release tension from our body with relaxing Yin Yoga before deeply resting to restore both mind and body with a restorative sound bath.
SLOW FLOW
Slow flow is a traditional vinyasa yoga class that will include a little more of the preparatory postures and warmups to bring awareness to, and ease us into the specific area of the body and intention that we are working with.
We will move through the sequence a little more slowly, this works really well if we are looking to improve your technique and strength in our flow, and to bring deeper awareness to our breath and sensations that arise during our practice. by slowing it down we get to really feel into the elements of our body and breath that are working and activating in the postures.
Suitable for all levels, this class will both challenge and support you, whether you have been practicing for a few months or have an already established and consistent practice.
