Beginners guide to The Fundamentals of Yoga
The current course is full booked and underway.
We have opened bookings for the next intake starting on Thursday 13th March at 6.30pm
This amazing 5 week course is taught by Laura Greene. Laura has 17 years teaching experience and we are very lucky to have her head up this wonderful 'Beginners Guide to The Fundamentals of Yoga Practice' Course.
This course has been designed for those brand new to practicing yoga, and would also suit those returning to their mat after a break.
What will we cover?
Why practice yoga? What it’s for and why it makes us feel better
The poses (asana) are only one part! We will look at the “8 limbs” of a holistic yoga practice
Breath (pranayama) is the foundation of our practice and the most important place to start!
Foundational yoga poses (asana), will be broken down into their basic shapes, so they become accessible for everyone
What will this do for you?
Give you a foundational start, or a re-visit, to the practice of yoga we all love so much
Give you the confidence to attend studio classes, and/ or to start a home practice
Put you back in touch with yourself, connecting body to mind, with breath and mindfulness
Encourage a calmer nervous system for improved mood, better sleep and a joyful life!
Cost of course £70.
Dates - Thursdays at 6.30pm. Starting 13th March for 5 weeks
