Can I cancel a class?
Our policy is you may cancel a class up to six hours before. Please let us know if you won't make it.
I'm new to yoga can I join a class?
You do not have to have practised yoga before for many of the classes, however some classes are more suitable for those with 6 months experience.
Please contact us if you would like to discuss this before you can attend. We offer 121 session bundles at a reduced rate if you feel you would be if it from these ahead of attending timetabled classes.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
We provide all mats and props, but please do feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Can I attend if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the classes you cannot attend in the first trimester of your pregnancy. However the after that you are welcome to join and notifications will be given.
Is parking available?
Parking is free available on site.
